General Manager – Manchu Wok & Planet Smoothie

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced food service environment? Manchu Wok and Planet Smoothie are looking for a motivated and dependable General Manager to lead daily store operations, support the team, and help drive business success.

In this role, you will help create a positive workplace, deliver great customer service, and keep the store running smoothly every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily restaurant operations
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach team members
• Create and manage employee schedules
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and product availability
• Support sales goals and operational performance
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
• Build a strong, positive, and dependable team culture
• Help ensure customers receive fast, friendly, and quality service

What We’re Looking For

• Restaurant, food service, or retail leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
• Comfortable working mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Positive attitude and willingness to be hands‑on with the team
