, Permanent Head of Nursing | Manatal | Demo Agency Location: Seattle, WA, United States Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent Manatal | Demo Agency is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Nursing to join our team. The Head of Nursing will be responsible for leading the nursing team and providing clinical and administrative oversight. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for nursing and a commitment to quality patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage the nursing team, providing direction, guidance, and support Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and patient outcomes Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Participate in budget preparation and management Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as hospitals and other healthcare organizations Collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest quality of patient care Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of current trends and best practices Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field Current nursing license in the state of Washington Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse groups Demonstrated commitment to quality patient care Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
