This leader has a heightened attention to detail and a passion for creating elevated guest experiences. They are able to think quickly on their feet, making thoughtful and swift decisions as needed.

Requested Tasks

-Oversee banquet room set up, team direction and organization

-Warmly welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements as necessary

-Manage team members; lead with honesty, professionalism and thoughtfulness

-Respond to guest and coordinator requests and needs

-Ensure facilities are well-maintained

Requested Capabilities

-Prior experience as in Banquet management highly preferred

-Prior leadership highly preferred

-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an excellent level of service
