What You’ll Do

As a bartender at Magnolia & May, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Engaging with customers to provide friendly and attentive service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Monitoring inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• At least 1 year of bartending experience.
• A strong knowledge of drink recipes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
