Service Associate Opportunity
Schedule: Full-Time (40+ hours/week)
Location: Mackey's Colchester
Requirements: Must be 18+ years old

The Role
As a Service Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience while developing valuable skills in retail operations and leadership. This isn't just a job—it's a career path in a growing company where your contributions directly impact our success.
You'll make an impact by:
- Delivering exceptional customer service as the face of Mackey's
- Leading by example and mentoring team members
- Managing inventory control processes with precision
- Operating equipment including forklifts (training provided)
- Creating inspiring product displays and merchandising
- Supporting both in-store and online order fulfillment
- Contributing ideas to improve our operations
What You Bring

- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Desire to learn and master new skills
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment
- Availability to work one weekend day per week (with one regular weekend day off)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (we provide training)
