Job description

We are an established property management company seeking a dependable, experienced, and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition, safety, appearance, and functionality of our multifamily residential communities.

This position requires an individual who can work independently, take initiative, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and provide excellent customer service to residents. The successful candidate will have experience in apartment maintenance, make-readies, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is detail-oriented, professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards throughout the property.

  • 3+ years apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repairs
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
