Position: Sit-Down Forklift Operator
Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00AM-5:30PM
Pay: $17.00
Location: Brownsburg IN
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team. This role involves operating a sit-down forklift and performing manual product picking when forklift tasks are not available. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle varying product sizes and weights. Physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs, is required throughout the day.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Safely operate a sit-down forklift
  • Load and unload truck trailers
  • Locate and pick products accurately
  • Utilize RF scanners for inventory management
  • Build pallets according to weight and size specifications to prevent product damage
  • Wrap pallets and apply shipping labels before staging
  • Stage cargo in a safe and organized manner within the warehouse
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating a sit-down forklift
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
