Imagine your first day operating the heart of our packaging lines

You arrive on the production floor, review the work order, and run a quick pre-flight on your cell. You bring machines up safely, dialing in settings to hit performance targets. During the shift, you run equipment by the book, keep records crisp, and solve small hiccups before they grow. You package finished product to spec, help the next crew transition smoothly, and leave the area spotless—because safety and food safety are always non‑negotiable.

What you’ll do
  • Start up equipment and fine‑tune parameters to optimize throughput and quality.
  • Operate molding and related machinery strictly following work instructions.

  • Support seamless shift handoffs between crews.
  • Communicate quickly and clearly about quality concerns, equipment problems, safety issues, and other production matters.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned.
How we show up for safety
  • Foster a culture where anyone can call out unsafe acts/conditions, suggest improvements, and help implement fixes.
  • Recognize safety gaps and take initiative to correct them.
  • Adhere to plant safety practices, housekeeping standards, and 5S.
  • Identify, report, and remedy hazards.
  • Empower team members to own outcomes and act with care.
Food safety is part of every job
  • Verify maintenance and production activities meet food safety as well as quality requirements.
  • Follow all company food safety and QA procedures; complete documentation accurately.
  • After any work, return product‑contact surfaces to sanitary condition.
  • Report incidents or failures that could affect food safety to your leadership and file a safety/food safety incident report.
What you bring
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior machine operation in manufacturing preferred (plastics a plus).
  • Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic understanding of quality control concepts.
  • Hands‑on experience with basic hand tools.
  • Familiarity with our product types and basic computer/scanner use.
Physical demands
  • Stand and/or walk for prolonged periods (up to 12 hours); communicate in person and by phone; use hands/arms to handle and reach; occasional stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching; lift up to 50 lbs.
Proficiencies that set you up for success

  • Industrial Cleaning Equipment Operation
  • Electrical Systems & Diagnostics (Heavy Equipment)
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
