About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and train staff to provide exceptional patient care and support.

  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage inventory and supply orders to ensure necessary resources are available.

Requirements:

    Follow established infection prevention and control procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of ambulatory surgery center operations and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate a diverse team.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses in healthcare management preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
