We are actively seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing organization.


Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer scheduled deliveries to ensure on time delivery of materials to customers. 
  • Monitor incoming scheduled deliveries to ensure on time delivery of raw materials for the production facility. 
  • Prepare & coordinate orders for shipping including, but not limited to, Freight Rates, setting up Carriers, providing all relevant paperwork for both domestic & international shipments. 
  • Manage & Track Shipping & Receiving Report for all inbound and outbound shipments to maintain on-time delivery.
  • Negotiate & coordinate all communication with warehouses, brokers and logistic providers including documentation needed to ensure excellent service. 
  • Negotiate rates with carriers ensuring the best possible terms.
  • Track and record all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure KPIs are met. 
  • Review warehouse performance & maintain quality related documents thereof.
  • Work closely with local procurement on materials for stock/production.
  • Work closely with HQ Logistics Team. 

What you need to succeed:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to five years of experience working in a supply chain/logistics-based job function. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with SAP or related systems.
