Job description

Senior Industrial Maintenance TechnicianKey Responsibilities- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and equipment layouts.
  • Maintain and repair control devices and electrical circuits (12 V DC – 480 V AC).
  • Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and track maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to support production and maintenance goals.
  • Operate hand and power tools, industrial machines, and other equipment safely.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines, including proper PPE usage.

Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.

  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and parts lists.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting low- and high-voltage electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Proficient with computers and maintenance software (CMMS, Microsoft Office).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and manual dexterity.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and independent decision-making abilities.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for long periods, and working at heights up to 20 feet.

Work Environment- Industrial or manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and temperature variations.

  • Requires PPE such as safety shoes, hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, and fall protection equipment.
  • Tasks may involve climbing ladders, bending, crouching, and working at elevated positions.
  • Must maintain concentration, awareness, and safety in a physically demanding environment.

Technical Proficiency- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

  • Pneumatics and hydraulics maintenance
  • CNC and automated equipment maintenance
  • 120/208/240/480V electrical systems

Salary info:
