We are a small custom casework and millwork shop looking for a motivated shop foreman who enjoys mentoring others, maintaining shop efficiency, and ensures quality at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to the rest of the shop, coordinate workflow to meet schedule

• Monitor and maintain a high level of quality for all product that goes out to be installed

• Train others on running machinery safely

• Cut and fabricate custom portions of projects, such as reception desks, countertops, stair packages, custom millwork pieces,

• Coordinate projects, deliveries, inventory, material purchasing, goods received and scheduling with project manager and office.

• Run machinery such as:

• • Sliding Table Saw

• • 3-Axis CNC

• • Wide Belt Sander

• • Tilting head shaper

• • Edge bander

Required Qualifications

• 5+ Years Experience in a wood shop

• OSHA 10 Preferred

• CPR Training Preferred
