Key Responsibilities:

• Lay brick, natural stone, cultured stone, and concrete block with extreme accuracy.
• Perform historic masonry restoration, tuckpointing, stone patching, and chimney rebuilds.
• Read project plans, layout sites, and maintain precise levels, lines, and angles.
• Inspect structural masonry and complete complex foundation repairs.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and drug-free job site while representing the company with integrity.

Qualifications:

• Proven professional experience in brick, stone, or block masonry (historic restoration experience is a major plus).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• High level of personal reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs routinely and work on scaffolding in outdoor elements.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, independent transportation to job sites in the Granville area.
