This is a high growth area with a nice payor mix. This well established solo-provider practice has experienced significant growth. The practice has a large population of Italian-American and Hispanic patients, as well as many patients that are retired first responders from the NY tri-state area. Call coverage will be shared among a 4 provider call group (1 in 4+).. Competitive salary and benefits package. Great central office location in a highly visibly area on a main road in Brevard County. 2,500 square feet of space, 6 exam rooms. Incoming physician can practice mix of inpatient/outpatient or 100% office based setting. Principal: Vincent Sciortino, MD - Board Certified. 49 yoa, Training: MD-University of Palermo, Residency-Latrobe Area Hospital in PA. He is Tri-lingual: English, Italian, Spanish. "VS Primo Health Care, PA" was established 10 years ago. #2 Build New Practice Unique opportunity to establish as an independent provider in an area that has significant need and population to support a primary care physician. Beautiful community on the central east coast of Florida with a population of both full time and seasonal residents. Substantial growth expected in the area due to expansion of Port Canaveral and the commercial space program. Fantastic practice management support to wrap around and assist with practice operations, marketing, staffing, credentialing, etc. Robust hospitalist program at Wuesthoff Medical Center-Rockledge; inpatient work is an option, but not required. 100% outpatient option available. Ideally would like to recruit two Family Medicine physicians to Merritt Island in two different office locations. The two recruited physicians would alternate practice call. Competitive financial package via income/overhead guarantee to include first year's salary, practice overhead, relocation expenses, marketing, CME, and potential commencement bonus and medical education debt assistance. #3 Hospital Employed Group Setting - "Rockledge HMA Medical Group, LLC" Multispecialty Group of 30 providers, 7 primary care, all board certified in FM or IM. Option for traditional (inpatient/outpatient or 100% outpatient).
