About the Role: 
Join MEADES PAVING INC as a Sealcoat Specialist and play a vital role in enhancing the durability and appearance of asphalt surfaces. We are looking for motivated individuals to help us deliver top-notch sealcoating services in Springfield, OH, while contributing to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.  

 
Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare and clean asphalt surfaces for sealcoating application.
  • Apply sealcoat using spray, squeegee, or brush methods.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain equipment and tools to ensure efficient operation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project updates.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Assist in training new team members on sealcoating techniques and safety practices.

Requirements:
 
  • Previous experience in sealcoating or asphalt maintenance preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the paving industry.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.
