As a Medicare Certified and State Licensed provider, we serve our community daily with a committed team of nurses, therapists, and healthcare professionals.

Join Our Team
We’re hiring a full-time/part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for both North Side/West side areas. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll deliver 1:1 patient care in the home setting. You’ll conduct accurate OASIS data collection, maintain up-to-date medication profiles, and ensure timely reporting of lab results to physicians. This role demands precise, thorough documentation aligned with each patient's care plan and nursing processes.

Qualifications

  • Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
  • At least 1 year of home health nursing experience
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Knowledgeable in health and safety standards and compliance
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, BLS CPR card, and current TB skin test or chest X-ray
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and transferring up to 50 pounds
