McPherson Law Firm PLLC is seeking an Entry-Level Billing Specialist to join our Legal Operations department. As a Billing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work full-time remotely, supporting our team in managing billing processes and ensuring accurate invoicing for our clients in the Law Practice/Law Firms industry. Responsibilities:

• Generate and process accurate client invoices in a timely manner
• Review billing codes and ensure compliance with client agreements
• Communicate with attorneys and clients to resolve billing discrepancies
• Assist in preparing financial reports and billing analysis
• Maintain billing records and documentation for audit purposes

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes
• Basic understanding of legal billing practices and terminology
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
