Bring your creativity to life at MAAX!

At MAAX, we believe great ideas come from great people. Weโ€™re a team of passionate, creative, and curious professionals who collaborate to create exceptional bathware products and engaging brand experiences.

Weโ€™re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring the MAAX brand to life across print and digital channels. If youโ€™re passionate about design, love exploring new trends, and enjoy working on a wide variety of creative projects, weโ€™d love to meet you!

This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) reporting to the Creative Director.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Graphic Designer, youโ€™ll play an important role in developing creative assets that support our brand and business objectives. You will:

  • Create and produce engaging print and digital content, from concept through to final delivery.
  • Design creative assets for email campaigns, newsletters, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop print materials and prepare production-ready files for final delivery.
  • Ensure all creative work is consistent with our brand identity, visual guidelines, positioning, and creative direction.
  • Perform photo retouching, image editing, and visual enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, Management, and Web teams to bring projects and ideas to life.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Contribute creative ideas and concepts during brainstorming and project development.
  • Take ownership of projects from the initial concept and design phase through to final production.
  • Maintain organized project files and ensure creative assets are properly archived.
  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices and bring fresh ideas to the team.

What We're Looking For

  • A college diploma in Graphic Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, and/or relevant certification in print and web design.
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience managing creative projects from concept to final delivery.
  • Strong understanding of both print and digital design.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and a curiosity for new trends.
  • The ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality creative work within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • A collaborative, positive, and team-oriented approach.
  • Excellent spoken and written French.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Why MAAX?

At MAAX, youโ€™ll join a dynamic and collaborative environment where creativity, initiative, and new ideas are encouraged. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

    • Competitive salary
    • Group insurance
    • Pension plan
    • On-site employee gym
    • Lunch-hour fitness classes, including spinning and bootcamp
    • Employee lounge

You'll also have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of creative projects while collaborating with talented professionals across the organization.

    Ready to create something great?

If you're a creative thinker, a talented designer, and someone who enjoys turning ideas into impactful visual experiences, we want to hear from you!

Please include an up-to-date portfolio with your application. Applications submitted without a portfolio will not be considered. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
