Pipe Foreman 
  • $90,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year based on experience. 
  • 5 years + experience as a foreman required. 

  • We are looking for career-minded individuals with a desire to succeed and grow with our organization. 
  • We are looking for an individual that is self-motivated and prides themselves on quality, safety, and performance. 
  • Experience and thorough knowledge of storm drain, waterline, and sanitary sewer installation in the tidewater and Hampton Roads area is a must. 
  • We are looking for an individual with experience and understanding of civil plan documents, municipality specification, Osha standards and completing a civil utility project start to finish. 
  • We are looking for a leader that works well with owners, general contractors, and inspectors. 
  • This individual must have a working knowledge of elevations, slopes, and percentages as they pertain to utility installation. 
  • A good driving record is required 
  •  We also welcome team member if you currently have a crew that would like to work together.
