OverviewPractice Highlights:- Join our established clinic in Columbia at the Nifong Medical Plaza - a sought after location and ideal clinic setting.
- Clinic thrive on a work + life balance schedule. Enjoy a manageable workload seeing 16 to 20 patients per day as a full-time provider with a half day protected as administrative time.
- 36 hours of facing time (4 day work week) with 4 hours of admin time (can be done out of the clinic), providing you autonomy with your schedule.
- As an established clinic you'll be joining efficient support staff to reduce burden and burnout.
- Access to full service, hospital affiliated clinic with excellent patient mix, including comprehensive lab, imaging and therapy services on-site.
- Immediate patient volume available, ensuring a rewarding practice from day one.
Responsibilities: - Assess, diagnose, treat, and administer primary care services for our patient population. Providing exceptional medical care of assigned patients, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to deliver compassionate care.
- Maintain accurate patient medical record data and documentation via Meditech Expanse (change to EPIC anticipated in 2026). Perform thorough histories and physicals, adhering to hospital by-laws and best practices.
- Maintain a constant state of alertness and safety in this critical role at Boone Health.
- Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.

Qualifications:
- Degree: Doctorate in Medicine, Medical Doctor (M.D) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
- Experience: 2-5 Years preferred, recent grads encouraged to apply for consideration
- Supervisor Experience: No Experience
- License: Licensed Physician, current unrestricted license to practice medicine and prescribe medication and the ability of obtain a Missouri medical license. Active DEA license.
- Certification: Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or board eligible).
Work Shift: Day Shift (United States of America)
Scheduled Weekly Hours: Monday through Friday schedule with holidays off; minimal call responsibilities shared amongst eight additional providers.
