Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate material requirements for high-end residential projects.
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard, with a focus on luxury finishes and details.
• Operate power and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks.
• Measure, cut, shape, and join materials using various tools and techniques, ensuring precision and quality.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and site supervisors to ensure project milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded.
• Adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Supervise and mentor apprentice carpenters and other team members as required.

• Contribute to accurate and timely project documentation, including progress reports and material inventory.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Carpenter certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury or high-end residential carpentry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools related to carpentry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
