Responsibilities
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing and managing case files.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide valuable insights to the legal team.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information and maintain open lines of communication.
• Manage and maintain the litigation calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met and court dates are scheduled efficiently.
• Prepare trial exhibits and assist in the development of trial strategies to enhance case presentation.
• Support attorneys during trial by taking detailed notes, managing exhibits, and ensuring smooth proceedings in the courtroom.
