Job description

We are currently seeking a Vehicle Prep & Support Specialist to join our growing collision center team. This position plays a key role in prepping vehicles by ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness and appearance. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, values quality workmanship, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs
- Exterior & interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs have been completed
- Support the collision center team with various aspects of day-to-day operations
- Wet sand and buff repaired areas to achieve a high-quality finish (training provided)

- Strong attention to detail & commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
- Positive attitude & hard work ethic
- Good communication skills
