What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing high volumes of phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns.
  • Navigating basic software and CRM tools to track and resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in a customer service or similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are a must.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic software and CRM tools.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
