Luke’s Kitchen and Bar is a chef-driven restaurant focused on seasonal ingredients and scratch cooking. We’re looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team and help deliver consistently great food in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Luke’s recipes and standards

• Ensure food is prepared and presented to quality expectations

• Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked throughout service

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

• Work as part of a team to ensure timely, efficient service

• Assist with inventory and restocking supplies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen

• Solid knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Strong attention to detail and time management
