We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys and the firm's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents for multiple attorneys.
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Record and store client information
• Client management, giving updates, answer discovery, scheduling, etc.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience as an injury paralegal
• Familiarity with legal research
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage heavy caseload and manage time properly
• Ability to manage calendars for multiple attorneys and states
• Attention to Detail
• Deadline and detail-oriented
