Loudhouse

We are urgently hiring canvassers for a two week gig! Loudhouse Fieldworks is seeking exceptional, outgoing, motivated, and informed canvassers to support a progressive campaign, starting as soon as possible. Pay is $50 per-hour

Responsibilities: Typically, this canvassing will involve approaching and talking to people on the street. It may sometimes involve other activities like tabling or door knocking. Shifts run 8am–12pm or 4pm–8pm; we ask for a minimum of 7 shifts over two weeks. This is a short-term role, though if you perform well we might want to work with you more in the future on longer-term projects.

• Charisma and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to read people and quickly understand what issues they care about
• Familiarity with Democratic politics
• Ability to learn quickly
• Prior canvassing experience is a big plus but not a hard requirement
