Warehouse Associate (Temp Assignment - 8 to 12 Months)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $18-$21/hour (DOE)
Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate will support capital projects by managing spare parts inventory, assisting with warehouse setup, and ensuring accurate tracking and distribution of materials.
Key Responsibilities

• Participate in warehouse setup, including organizing and storing materials
• Pick, pack, and track materials for project needs
• Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking systems
• Perform data entry and utilize Excel for inventory control
• Communicate effectively with managers, project staff, contractors, and supervisors
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods

Dress Code

• Work pants (must be belted, no rips or holes)
• Plain t-shirt
• Safety glasses
• Steel-toe footwear (required)

Requirements:

• HSD/GED required
• Forklift experience required (must be forklift certifiable)
• Inventory handling and tracking experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Proficient with computers, including Excel and data entry
• Must pass drug screen and background check
