Working within a medium-sized team, this position involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining customer communication to deliver excellent service. The role requires hands-on expertise with engine tuning, parts replacement, and thorough equipment testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mower repair and diagnostics on multiple mower types
• Tune engines to optimize mower performance
• Replace damaged or worn parts with precision
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and maintenance
• Test equipment post-repair to ensure functionality
