PM Line Cook Wanted at Little Ripper

Little Ripper is looking for a dedicated, experienced dinner service line cook to join our small but mighty team.

Our kitchen is open to guests as a wine bar and restaurant, so we’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, cleanliness, focus, and calm energy to the line at all times.

This is a dinner service position, ideal for someone who works well under pressure, stays organized, and takes pride in consistent, thoughtful execution.

Schedule:
Wednesday-Saturday, approx. 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Ideal candidates will:

• Have 2+ years of line cook experience; brunch experience preferred
• Be confident with station setup, stocking, and prep
• Have experience with sauté, salads, sauces, prep, and meat slicing
• Maintain strong attention to detail, consistency, and plating
• Communicate clearly with Lead Chef to support smooth service and timely tickets
• Understand and manage common allergens
• Be committed to cleanliness and organization throughout each shift
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
