We're seeking an exceptional Lead Teacher to bring their passion and expertise to our young learners, fostering a nurturing environment that encourages cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute lesson plans that promote learning through engaging activities and stimulate children's development
• Establish a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children to thrive
• Track and communicate each child's progress to parents and staff
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that supports learning
• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to support children's growth and development

Qualifications

• Ability to educate and engage young learners in a classroom setting
• Experience in toddler care is required
• Previous Lead Teacher role is required or working with Toddlers aged 18 month to 36 months
• Understanding of child well being and development best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Knowledge of Creative Curriculum

• A minimum of 3 years experience working with children ages 18 months to 36 months
• Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA in Infants and Toddlers
• CPR and First Aid Certified
• Worked in a Licensed by the State of New Jersey Child Care Center
