Job description

Lily Development is seeking a proactive and people-focused Community Manager to help create a positive experience for residents across approximately 100 apartment units in Center City, Philadelphia. In this role, you’ll be the connection between residents, the property team, and service partners, building strong relationships, addressing concerns, and helping ensure the community remains welcoming, responsive, and well cared for.

What you'll get:

  • Base salary: $60,000–$70,000

  • Paid Time Off

Compensation:

$60,000 - $70,000


Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and build strong relationships

  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, communications, and resident needs

  • Address resident concerns and ensure timely, professional resolution

  • Monitor community standards and identify issues requiring attention

  • Support and partner with leasing, vendors, and internal teams


Qualifications:
  • More than 3 years of experience in property management, residential operations, or customer service

  • Strong communication skills with a confident, approachable presence

  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail

  • Resourceful, calm, and solutions-focused when handling resident concerns

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel
