OhioHealth is adding a BE/BC Inpatient Behavioral Health Psychiatrist to join its robust Neuroscience team in Columbus, OH, and our Joint Venture with Lifepoint.

Description:

* Serve as an Inpatient Behavioral Health Psychiatrist based at Dublin Springs, an OhioHealth/Lifepoint Joint Venture. This role is employed by OhioHealth Physician Group.

* Monday through Friday schedule with the potential of move to 7 on 7 off in the future. Ideal candidate will be open to both schedule types.

* Teaching and mentoring OhioHealth psychiatry residents, medical students, and an occasional fellow at Dublin Springs, providing evaluations and feedback. Associate/ Assistant Program Directorship awarded for involvement in GME duties.

* Provide clinical coverage for up to 10 patients per day in a 24-bed inpatient unit. Care is dedicated to adults with diagnoses that will include mood and psychotic disorders, often with comorbid substance abuse disorder.

Requirements:

* BE/BC Psychiatrist through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)

* Teaching experience and an interest in an inpatient psychiatric setting (preferred)
