Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining policy options, preparing personalized quotes, and recommending suitable products from various insurance carriers. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach and consultation to application completion and policy issuance, while maintaining accurate client records and documentation. The agent will follow up with clients regularly to review coverage, address questions, and provide ongoing service and support. Collaboration with internal teams, staying current on industry products and regulations, and participating in training and local outreach activities are also key aspects of the role.

  • Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional communication.

  • Proven ability to meet sales goals ethically and compliantly.
  • Comfort working in an on-site environment, with reliable time management and organization skills.
