Cabot Heightsย provides behavioral health services to boys between the ages of 13 to 17 in a group home residential setting.
Overview:
The Behavior Health Technician Manager is responsible for the accountability/implementation of the clinical model in the program. This position will oversee day-to-day operation of a residential program: staffing coverage, active treatment program planning and compliance. Provide direct supervision of staff to ensure the delivery of quality services.
