Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and gather detailed medical histories to inform accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care delivery to patients spanning from newborns to the elderly.
  • Perform thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate personalized treatment strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Administer vaccinations, medications, and therapies as needed while educating patients about preventive health measures and lifestyle changes.
  • Manage and monitor chronic health conditions, making referrals to specialists when necessary to ensure continuity of care.
  • Ensure precise documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans using the EPIC EMR system to maintain patient records accurately.
  • Engage in practice-wide improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and patient outcomes.
  • Foster compassionate, patient-centric relationships by providing attentive care and addressing patient and family concerns.
  • Uphold ethical and legal standards in all medical practices while safeguarding patient confidentiality.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree; a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies is highly regarded.
Preferred Experience
  • One year of experience in a family medicine or primary care setting is preferred.
  • Strong skills in critical thinking, decision-making, and effective communication are essential for this role.
