Job description

Lube Technician

Location: Liberty Ford – Maple Heights, OH

We are looking for a Lube Technician to join our growing team at Liberty Ford. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the automotive service field. Experience in an express or quick lane environment is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing basic maintenance services and ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently and safely.

 Responsibilities
  • Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements

  • Conduct multi-point inspections and report vehicle concerns to Service Advisor or Technician team

  • Assist with basic vehicle repairs as needed under supervision

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow dealership and manufacturer safety and service procedures

  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

 Qualifications
  • Automotive experience preferred, but not required (training available)

  • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair concepts

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

  • Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools
