The Mission
Retain and grow Level Up REI's book of clients - expand accounts into new service lines, keep churn low, and increase the lifetime value of every customer we work with.
You'll be the connective tissue between clients and our fulfillment teams, making sure the real estate wholesalers and flippers who trust us with their marketing spend get results, stay long-term, and buy more from us as we grow.
The 12-Month Picture
If you do this job well, here's what your life looks like 12 months in:

• You've built and own a book of 50 clients.
• Those clients are using multiple of our services - not just one.
• You've maintained low churn and high client satisfaction across the entire book.
• You're seen internally and by clients as the person who makes Level Up REI's results real, not just promised.
