Pay Rate: $16/hr
2nd Shift: 3PM – 11PM
3rd Shift: 11PM – 7AM

Job Overview:

The Quality Assurance Associate plays a key role in ensuring product safety and quality standards are met. This is a hands-on manufacturing position focused on inspections, defect tracking, containment, sorting, and rework support.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Track and document defects
✅ Perform quality inspections
✅ Sort and segregate products needing rework
✅ Support containment and rework activities
✅ Maintain accurate QA records
✅ Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications:

✔ Valid driver’s license required
✔ Own Reliable transportation required (facility is NOT on bus line)
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure/ruler
✔ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
✔ Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, lift, and reach
✔ Working phone with voicemail required (app-based time clock used)
✔ Steel toe boots/shoes required
✔ Dependable and able to work full shifts

Mileage Reimbursement Available
$0.50 per mile for travel over 41 miles roundtrip from your home address
