The Opportunity

Let's Go Logistics is a shipping brokerage that gives small and mid-size businesses access to deeply discounted parcel rates with UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL eCommerce, GoFo, UniUni, and more — rates they could never get on their own. We're looking for driven, self-motivated sales reps to bring new businesses onto our accounts.

If you're good at outbound outreach and want to be paid what you're actually worth, this is built for you. We pay a higher commission rate than virtually anyone else in the shipping brokerage industry — and every account you close pays you on an ongoing basis, not just a one-time bonus.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and reach out to businesses that ship parcels regularly (cold call, email, LinkedIn, in-person — however you close best)
• Pitch and demonstrate the savings LGL can offer versus what businesses are currently paying carriers directly
• Onboard new clients onto LGL's shipping accounts
• Maintain relationships to grow and retain your book of business over time

What We're Looking For

• Self-starters who can manage their own pipeline with minimal oversight
• Strong cold outreach / B2B sales skills (prior sales experience preferred, shipping/logistics experience a plus but not required)
• Comfortable with commission-only, performance-based pay
• Reliable access to phone/email/internet for outreach
