The Role
What you'll do
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets
Analyze sales data, manage inventory, and implement strategies to grow market share
Oversee the full sales process — from greeting customers to closing deals
Leverage CDJR product knowledge to train the team and deliver a standout customer experience
Partner with the GM and GSM to boost store productivity and operational efficiency
Maintain strong relationships with Stellantis reps and manufacturer programs

3–5 years proven automotive sales management experience
Direct CDJR product, incentive & Stellantis program knowledge
Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed goals in high-volume settings
Ability to train and support sales staff through deal closing
Strong deal structuring and negotiation skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and people-development skills
