Lego's Pizza is seeking dedicated BOH Line Cooks to join our medium-sized team of 4-6 members. The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing and cooking pizza, cheesesteaks, and burgers, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish. Line Cooks will operate essential kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens, fryers, and grills while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items including pizza, cheesesteaks, and burgers
• Ensure kitchen sanitation and cleanliness standards are met
• Assemble orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain quality control throughout food preparation
• Operate kitchen equipment including pizza ovens, fryers, and grills
• Perform cleaning duties to uphold food safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with grilling and food safety practices
• Effective time management and multitasking skills
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail
