We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Scheduler to join our local team and serve as the friendly face and voice of our branch. • Inbound & Outbound Appointment Booking: Handle high-volume incoming calls and conduct proactive follow-ups to schedule service calls, drain cleanings, water heater installations, and routine maintenance.

• Dispatch & Route Coordination: Match jobs to the right plumbing technicians and deliver precise, detailed appointment data to ensure fast, efficient routing.

• Data Entry & Metrics Tracking: Accurately log call details, booking rates, and customer notes into our dispatching software.

• Customer Care & Quality Assurance: Follow up with homeowners post-service to ensure 100% satisfaction and uphold Scenic City Plumbing’s reputation.

• Administrative Support: Assist with general office administrative tasks, billing paperwork, and team coordination as needed.

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

• Experience: 1+ years in customer service, call center, front desk, or dispatching (experience in plumbing, HVAC, or trade services is a major plus!).

• License: Valid driver’s license.

• Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal tone and written skills—you know how to reassure a homeowner with a plumbing emergency and turn inquiries into scheduled appointments.

• Multi-Tasking: Ability to juggle phone calls, dispatch boards, and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail.

• Tech Confidence: Comfortable navigating multi-line phone systems, dispatch software, and standard office applications.

• Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance aligned with your daily schedule.
