CNC Operator - Trainee / Apprentice

We are looking for a motivated CNC Operator Trainee/Apprentice to join our manufacturing team. No extensive experience is required, but a background and training in the the industry is preferred. We're willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do: 

• Learn to operate CNC machines under the guidance of experienced team members.

• Assist with loading materials and monitor production runs.

• Learn to read blueprints and follow work instructions.

• Use measuring tools to inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Perform basic machine maintenance and assist with machine setup as skills develop.

• Gain the experience needed to advance into a skilled CNC Operator role.

Qualifications: 

• Mechanical aptitude and minimal training in manufacturing or machining.

• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced operators.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training is preferred.

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
