Are you looking for a career that truly matters? At Latham Centers, a nationally recognized leader in supporting children and adults with complex special needs—including Prader-Willi syndrome—we’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our compassionate, mission-driven team.
Locations: Across Cape Cod including Brewster, Dennis, Yarmouth, South Yarmouth, Sandwich, Wareham
Compensation: $20.20-$21.85 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Plan and lead structured activities and recreational outings
  • Implement support and behavior plans tailored to each individual
  • Provide positive role modeling, guidance, and informal counseling
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all residents
Direct Support Professional Qualifications amp; Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Compassion, patience, and a commitment to making a difference
Direct Support Professional Preferred Skilled and Experience:
  • CPR/First Aid amp; CPI preferred (training provided if needed)
  • Valid driver’s license preferred for some roles
  • Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus and highly transferable to this role
