Qualifications (all roles)

  • Active New Mexico LPN license in good standing.

  • At least 1 year of recent LPN experience in rehab, SNF, or LTC strongly preferred; prior 12‑hour shift experience ideal.

  • Current BLS; ability to work fixed 3×12 schedules (days or nights) on designated weekdays
