The Restaurant Service & Beverage Manager is responsible for leading daily operations, running shifts, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience with a focus on the bar and beverage program. This role exists to maintain control of the restaurant during service while developing the team, upholding standards, and ensuring alignment between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

The Restaurant Service & Beverage Manager sets the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and execution. This role requires strong leadership presence, clear communication, and the ability to manage both people and performance in real time.

• Shifts are organized, controlled, and executed at a high level
• Guests receive consistent, attentive, and professional service
• The team is supported, coached, and held accountable
• FOH and BOH operate as a unified team
• Issues are resolved quickly and professionally
• Standards are maintained without constant oversight
• The restaurant environment is positive, professional, and efficient

• Run opening and closing shifts, taking full ownership of the operation during service
• Develop and enforce beverage standards
• Train, coach, and evaluate bartenders
• Manage inventory, costing, and vendor relationships
• Ensure responsible alcohol service compliance
• Lead and manage front-of-house team performance and guest experience
• Maintain visibility on the floor and actively manage the flow of service
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet performance standards
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Partner with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless execution between FOH and BOH
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Support staffing, scheduling, and labor management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
• Lead by example in hospitality, communication, and accountability

• Minimum 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
• Minimum 2+ years experience managing beverage programs or bar operations
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage a shift in real time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Commitment to hospitality, service standards, and team culture

• ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
• ServSafe Alcohol Certification

Both certifications are required for this role and must be obtained within 30 days of employment if not already current.

• Minimum 50-hour workweek
• Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Completion of required hiring assessments prior to application review
• Background screening required for this role, consistent with applicable law
• Certification uploads required in Proliant
• Employment is at-will
