Landscape Endeavors, Inc. is a growing commercial landscape company serving the greater Colorado Springs area. We are looking for dependable, hard-working Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our team. This position works on commercial properties performing landscape maintenance services and helping keep sites clean, safe, and professionally maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial landscape maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, trash pick-up, and general site clean-up
• Assist with pruning, weed control, mulch work, seasonal clean-ups, and other maintenance tasks as assigned
• Operate hand tools and landscape equipment such as string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and walk-behind mowers
• Follow direction from the Foreman or Crew Lead and complete work efficiently and safely
• Help maintain clean trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Watch for property issues such as irrigation leaks, damage, hazards, or service concerns and report them to the crew leader
• Represent Landscape Endeavors, Inc. professionally while working on customer properties

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in all typical weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects
• Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude
• Landscape maintenance experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Start time typically 7:00 AM
• 40-hour weeks expected, depending on weather and workload
• Steady summer hours with year-round and seasonal opportunities available
