Lakeside Manor is looking to hire a Line Cook to join our Kitchen Team! Lakeside Manor is an Assisted Living Facility that resides up to 200 people. The Cooks' responsibilities would include cooking meals in bulk for each mealtime, ensuring the kitchen remains clean by supervising kitchen staff, and assisting in menu planning and menu changes. Lakeside Manor currently uses a 4-week menu that rotates every month.
Requirements:
-Experience in cooking in bulk
-Working in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to help create new menu items
-Ability to work with a team to accomplish the goal of getting food out on time
