Equipment Associate / Equipment Washer

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Job Overview

LaborMAX Staffing is hiring an Equipment Associate / Equipment Washer for a busy equipment rental operation. This position will primarily involve washing and cleaning rental equipment and assisting with general equipment-related duties.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and staying active throughout the workday.

No experience is required — we are looking for dependable individuals who are ready to work and can commit to the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean rental equipment
• Remove dirt, mud, grease, and debris from equipment
• Help keep equipment and the work area clean and organized
• Assist with general equipment-related tasks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Steel toe boots required
• Must be comfortable working around equipment
• Must be able to perform physical, hands-on work
• Background check required
• Drug screen required
• Two professional references required
• Reliable transportation

Pay & Schedule

• $20.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Assignment expected to last at least 6 months
• Consistent weekday schedule
